Character Name: Fiona Belli
Canon: Haunting Ground AKA Demento
Character Age: 18
Info: the best i can do although unfortunately whoever wrote this also put in a lot of random headcanon/armchair diagnosed her with a lot of illnesses... THE GIST OF IT IS ACCURATE JUST IGNORE THAT STUFF
Character Orientation: i will go with male-leaning bi!
Are you/this character open to an OT3?: NOT THIS TIME...
Personality:
+COMPASSIONATE: Fiona remains a gentle soul, despite all the hardships she goes through; she's sympathetic towards the weak and oppressed, especially animals, and even comes to feel pity for Debilitas, despite the fact that he (unwittingly) had been her enemy previously.
+DETERMINED: She may be alone, terrified, and in mortal danger with no way to defend herself for most of the game, but she never once even considers giving up, no matter how hopeless her situation seems. Fiona always keeps fighting, and has surprisingly strong willpower, in contrast to how quiet and nervous she is on the outside.
+CLEVER: What she lacks in brawn, she makes up for in brains. In addition to the usual horror game puzzles she solves, she's able to grasp some rather arcane alchemical concepts quite quickly, taking in new and absurd information head-on, and put it to use immediately. Without a weapon to take on her opponents, she's instead able to outwit all of them with clever traps and plans. Fiona's also a college student, and seems to be a studious one; she shows consistent intellectual interest in and commentary on books, art, and music throughout the game.
-FEARFUL: I mean, the main gimmick of the game is that she can't fight and gets anxiety attacks that you as the player have to deal with. While she never gives up, as noted above, Fiona is very easily disturbed by a wide variety of things, from blood to bugs to weird behavior, and has a tendency to panic when confronted with too much stress, even going as far as fainting. Is she brave enough to deal with it? Yes, but she'd really rather not! It's just that the alternative is dying!
-WEAK: Physically, she's not very strong, and is incapable of doing things like climbing up rubble or fighting off another person of similar build. Her stamina is low, and she runs out of energy quickly. Even she herself comments on her lack of athletic ability. It's possible this is due to her heritage, as her father is a cloned homunculus. Additionally, she's not very assertive in conversation, and tends to be talked over by everyone she meets in the castle, despite the very real threat to her life - she freezes up.
-SHELTERED: Though she's obviously intelligent, Fiona's behavior suggests she's rather naive. She tends to believe what people tell her, despite the majority of them having ulterior motives, and follows others rather than confronting them, though this may also be an attempt at self-preservation. One gets the sense that she was cherished growing up, leading to her being both very fearful and simultaneously unable to recognize more subtle dangerous behavior.
Any Additional Info: She befriended a white German Shepherd dog named Hewie who was also captured at the castle, and he will be joining her! He's a regular dog, but he's very smart and a very good boy. They're trauma-bonded.
